Delivery Terms

Product descriptions
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that all products on this Website have been fairly described. However, when ordering products through the Website, please note that:

  • Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services on this Website

  • All prices will be given in Uganda Shillings.

  • Packaging may vary from that shown on the Website.

  • While we try to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

  • All measurements and dimensions given are for guidance only and may vary within a tolerance of plus or minus 5%

  • All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

Standard delivery charges

 

  • 5000 - 15,000 Uganda Shillings around Kampala

  • Free Delivery on Order above 500,000 Uganda Shillings.

  • Delivery Fees to addresses outside Kampala will depend on courier charges.

  • Orders within Kampala will be dispatched Immediately except for Custom made/special orders.

  • Orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days for upcountry Orders.

  • Estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days

International deliveries
Deliveries Outside Uganda will depend on Courier Charges and the Client will be liable for All Taxes and fees chargeable in their own country.

White Glove assembly and delivery service
On some of our products we offer a White Glove home assembly and delivery service. This is a professional service where your item is not only delivered to you, but also unpacked, assembled in a room of your choice and demonstrated to you.

This service is available for Kampala addresses only.
Custom Made and Special Orders
If you are placing an order on behalf of an Organisation in a professional/business capacity, our trade terms and conditions apply, please contact us for more information on these.

For custom made or made to order products, you will be given an approximate delivery date or an idea of how long the item may take to be ready or arrive. This isn't a guaranteed delivery date. If there is a delay, we will update you as soon as possible.

 

Delayed orders
On occasion we run out of certain products. If your order contains an item we're currently waiting for, we may choose to dispatch your items separately with no extra charges. We will be in touch with you if this is the case.

Return Policy

Company Return Policy
There are occasions where you may wish to return an order to us. We offer you 2 days to return an item to us for an alternative product or a refund. All products will be refunded in full, provided that they are returned to us unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

To ensure the quickest way for your return to be processed is to include a copy of your invoice or delivery note when returning. Returns must be clearly marked with your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods.

However, certain items aren't eligible to be returned, please continue reading to find out more.

No longer wanted, wrong size, or unsuitable products
If you want to return an order that you feel is unsuitable, incorrectly sized, or that you just don't want anymore, we can offer an alternative or refund as long as long as the item is returned to us unused, in its original condition, and within 2 calendar days of receiving it.

Please note, not all items are eligible for returning. Please see below for further details on items that cannot be returned.
When you return an order to us, you will need to pay for and be responsible for the return.

 

Damaged or incorrect items sent
We apologize if your order has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please call us immediately to let us know, so we can take the issue up with our couriers. We may also require proof of damage, so please take a photo and email/WhatsApp it to us.

Received the wrong order? Please contact us and we'll arrange to get to the product back to us. You will only receive a refund or replacement item once we have received the incorrect item back.

Faulty products
In the unlikely event of an item developing a fault. If it's within warranty, we will need to get the product back to us to either fix or replace it.

A replacement can only be sent once we have confirmed the fault. If you can't wait for the product to be returned before we send one out, then please place a new order and we will refund or replace the initial item or send as soon as the fault is confirmed.

 

Where we cannot accept a return
There are certain items that we cannot accept for return:
• Products that are collected by you in person, or your representative, from our premises.
• Products that have been made to special order.
• Products that are made to your specification or have been personalized/Customized.
• Sealed goods that have been used or the seal has been broken. This is for hygiene reasons and applies particularly (but not exclusively) to toileting and bathing equipment, incontinence items, mattresses, compression garments and consumables.
• Any "used" products that represent a hygiene risk (such as used toilet seats, commodes or toilet raisers)
• Toileting and Bathing Equipment can only be returned if the product packaging has neither been tampered with nor any hygiene seal removed.
